By reading the terms and conditions, ticking the ‘I agree’ box, and/or signing the sign-up form, the Client agrees that they have fully read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions laid out by the Company.
· By using the Companies services, the client is deemed to accept our terms and conditions of business.
· When signing up, the Client must provide the Company with relevant details about the pet’s behaviour, health, vaccinations, spay/neuter status and any other relevant information that may be useful for the Company when providing a pet care service. Details must also be given about the pet’s ownership, owner contact details, veterinary practice and emergency contact details. Any changes to these details must be kept up to date. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure the Company has these up to date details.
· It is the Clients responsibility to keep their pet in good health, this includes pet’s being up to date with Vaccinations, Kennel Cough, and Flea and Worm treatment. If the Client notices that their animal may be sick, injured or carrying Fleas or Kennel Cough, it is the Clients responsibility to inform the Company to arrange cancelling or rearranging a pet care service. Fleas and Kennel Cough can be passed onto other dog’s easily. Some sickness‘ may also be contagious to other dogs. Extra charges will be incurred for cleaning and sterilisation of our van, premises and bedding for non-disclosure. This applies to all services.
· The Client is liable for any costs, claims or other liabilities which may be incurred, either veterinary or other, as a results of any sickness, accident, damage or injury caused to or by their pet/s.
· The Company is not liable or responsible for any accidents, damage or injury to or caused by pets in any instance.
· The Company can make decisions regarding the health of a Client’s pet, so long as the Company is acting in the pets best interests. The company can/may seek advice from a veterinary practitioner, normally the veterinary practice your pet is registered with. We will contact them using the up to date details provided by the Client. In an emergency, a local vets may be utilised, this may not necessarily be your registered practice.
· Should a Clients pet demonstrate aggressive/unpredictable/uncontrollable or nuisance behaviour beyond a reasonable level, the Clients agree’s that the Company can act accordingly. This could mean returning the pet home without providing the agreed service, the Client is responsible for paying for this service in full. If deemed necessary, the Company has the power to place the pet into a boarding establishment/kennels or other suitable accommodation or establishment. The Client is responsible for all costs. Should the Clients pet's demonstrate aggressive/unpredictable/uncontrollable or nuisance behaviour outside of the Company, it is the clients responsibility to inform the company of EVERY instance as this may affect their suitability for our services.
· The Company reserve the right to refuse or discontinue walks for any dog deemed unsuitable for group walks.
· We will always endeavour to seek appropriate places to exercise your dog off lead, however, due to the unpredictability of dogs, other outside influences and natural instinct, the Company does not accept any responsibility while a dog is off lead.
· The Company will make every effort to continue normal service in adverse weather conditions, both extreme heat and cold. We will notify you in cases where we are unable to reach your pet. We also reserve the right to adjust walk start times and duration if we feel your pets welfare may be at risk. This will be at the discretion of the Company.
· Any booking time for pet care is an estimate. Road conditions and other unforeseen circumstances sometimes cause delays outside of our control but we will always aim to get to your pet as close to the booking time as we can.
· For any Client using our grooming service, it is understood that there is always a possibility of an accident occurring. Grooming equipment is sharp and even with extreme caution and care in all situations, sometimes accidents do happen. Possible injuries include niks, cuts, scratches, reddened skin and catching the quick during a nail trim. In most cases this is caused by a dog moving around. The Company will make every effort to ensure your pet is groomed safely. The Company accepts no liability for injury.
· Dog's with severe matting will be clipped short for their welfare. The Company will not de-matt neglected coats. Small knots and tangles along with small, isolated matts will be removed if this can be achieved quickly without providing stress, anxiety or pain to the dog. It is the Clients responsibility to maintain the dogs coat between grooms provided by the Company. Extra fees will be incurred for matting.
· For any pet care service, should a client need to cancel any booking, it is the Clients responsibility to give the Company a minimum of 48 hours notice. If the Client does NOT inform the Company by the time stated, the Company can/will charge for the full service. 48 Hour notice can incur fees of 50%. 24 Hour notice can incur fees of 100%.
· Any and all information given to the Company by the Client via the sign up forms will be kept strictly private. The company is committed to protecting the Clients privacy.
· Prices for grooming are based on a dog of good temperament and a coat that is in reasonable condition. Extra charges will apply for both the time and extra products needed for those who's temperament and health require more time, and neglected/severely matted dogs requiring complete clip offs.
· The Client is satisfied that the company has adequate insurance to cover the service being provided.
